How do you remain faithful when you’re busy?
This one is a struggle for me because my schedule is sooo busy. I find myself constantly thinking of a million things I have to do, and sometimes God is far down on the list. One thing that helps me remain faithful when I’m busy is to have people keep my accountable. Whether it’s a text or a phone call, sometimes all I need is somebody to ask me “Katie, how is God working in your life today?” Or “Katie, what was your devotional about this morning?” That is all I need to get me right on track!
Do you struggle with being faithful?
No, I don’t! Ask me a couple years ago and my answer might’ve been different but I’m at a place in my walk where I know God has got me. I have been through a lot, and it has taught me to rely on God not on myself because only he knows what’s best for me.
How does being faithful to God reward you?
Being faithful is a reward to me personally because I find the more and more I follow God.. the more happy I am, the less I stress and the more I just enjoy life. I think this happens because the more you’re in the word the closer you are to God. As believers this is one of our main goals: grow closer to God and loving other like he loves us.
